ATI HD 6570 Battlefield 3

Hi,
I was wondering since i have BF3 and im getting errors will getting a new graphics card resolve this problem
I`ve been getting a "Directx Device Creation Error"

My question is
1. Will getting a new graphics card resolve this directx problem?
2. Will it run at 220watts
3. Could i exprience any problems with it
