MicroServer/NAS CPU

So I'm building a tiny server/NAS device, but am unsure of CPU choices:

My options (including case and RAM):

HP MicroServer with AMD Turion II Neo N40L 1.5GHz ($280)

JetWay JNF99FL-525-LF Intel Atom D525 1.8 Ghz Dual Core ($309)

ASUS E35M1-I Fusion AMD E-350 APU1.6GHz, Dual-Core ($ 257)

Core 2 Duo E8400 with Intel BOXDQ45EK ($190)

Intel Pentium G620 with ASRock H77M-ITX ($280)

Feel free to offer up your own suggestions, my only requirements are that it has to be mini-ITX, have at least 4 SATA ports, Gigabit ethernet, have a PCI-e slot, and be less than $350 including $120 case (LIAN LI PC-Q25B).

Actually, Atom solution is probably the cheapest - one can get Intel D925 (board itself plus Atom CPU already there) for $75 or so. The problem is with 4 SATA ports requirements. Since Atom itself supports two SATA natively, these two additional ports have to come from additional chip on the board, and these boards are far and between here.

I have some luck with one Asus board with four SATAs building WHS server a year ago.

That's the issue I've been finding, and the boards that have more and Gigabit Ethernet push me towards E-350 in cost. I'm really leaning towards building it based on the E8400 I have laying around, or the i5 750 I also have laying around.
