email setup for motorola razr V3?

Hello all...

Sounds like alot of folks are having the same delemma as me, but since
getting my new razr I can't get the email to download properly...

I have a comcast.net account I would like to sync up to my motorola like
I've done in the past (with EASE) on my old AT&T account/sony phone and as
it stands I can only get it to download the messages, but not send out.

AT&T used to have a little automatic program thingee that I entered my
account info into and it would automatically "call" my cell phone with a
self-installing program that set up the account for me... Does cingular
have anything like this? ...I've yet to find one yet. If not, does anybody
know what settings I need to get this up and running? I'd really like to be
able to send out emails!
