How will SSD benifit my gaming computer?

ok so im looking to build a gaming computer and how will a ssd be better then a hdd.

normally when i open a program it takes time and is slow on my STORE BOUGHTEN ACER ASPIRE COMPUTER,

will ssd be faster to open programs?

Don't get that PSU. Stick with 80+bronze at least and brands like Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, XFX. The SSD will not help you in game except maybe loading maps, etc. but will definitely help you with boot times and application opening/loading times.
