it will be used for accounting and gaming. but right now accounting because i cant afford graphics card!

Well, I am not going to look this up for you but...

If that is the MoBo you want, start there. It has compatible lists on the website. Use them.
It will list tested RAM as well as other hardware and notes for certain items that require special setup...

As far as compatibility it will work well together. It is a matter of purposeful design. Do you plan on crossfiring when you do buy graphics cards? Not sure if you went to GIGABYTES website to check their QVL list but as far as memory compatibility they could tell you whether the memory you chose is there but as far as will it fit, the motherboard supports DDR3.

It looks like you didn't cheap out on the power supply which is what most ppl try to do. Great choices
