I know this is a question asked before. But i have not found any viable answer.
I have an old hdtv that only has (highest quality) component in.
Video card with dvi / vga / hdmi out.
I say 1080i thinking that is as high as component will go but is there anything out there that can do this.
Ive see cords that go dvi analog to component but heard most people say it does not work. I do not want to spend 50$ on a converter box. I was thinking about just getting 15$ svideo card and suffering the 480 but if there is anyway i don't have to do that would be wonderful.
