Will this work with my PC?

This is my first post on this website, but I hope you can all help!

I currently have an Asus Aspire X3400.

Specs:

AMD Athlon II X4, 2.9GHz
3GB RAM
640GB hard drive
Windows 7 x64 Home Premium
Nvidia GF9200 1024 MB

I know this is hardly a gaming PC but I was wondering whether if I upgrade the graphics card I will be able to play games like Call of Duty: Black Ops and maybe even Battlefield 3?

The graphics card i'm thinking about is the Sapphire HD 5450 1GB. Again, I know it's not the best graphics card on the market but I feel it's my only choice because of the slim case and limited 200W PSU. Plus, I don't want to be spending more than £50 as i'm only 15 so money doesn't come easy ;)

So what i'm asking is, will this graphics card fit in my case? And will it run the games I want to play?

If not, can you recommend me a better graphic card or anything else I may need to upgrade?

Is my CPU&RAM etc enough?

Thanks for your help!

A 200w PSU is very low, even for pre built systems. A 5450 is an extremely low-end card, and you will not be able to play BF3 with that. Your CPU though is still good. The best option would be to buy a new PSU and graphics card. It will cost a bit more, but it will give you a noticeable performance gain. 50 pounds is your max budget?

Well I suppose I could go over £50 a bit but I'm not an avid gamer and I have my xbox 360. What kind of frame rates would I get with this card? Also, a new psu would be hard to install because of the size of the case. If you google Acer Aspire X3400 inside you will see how tight the case is. The PSU is currently long and thing so not like the ordinary ones. So I guess I'm basically asking what is the least I can spend to get an ACCEPTABLE gaming PC. Sorry if I'm a noob.

change your psu to 600watt and get a 6790 or 6850 then you will be rocking in games

if dont want to spend so much then buy 460watt psu and get ati 5670 or 6670

if lowest in budget :) then buy at lesat 460 watt psu and get 5570 :)

no more low price gaming option

Lol, i've seen people run the 6850 on a 430 watt psu.

As long as the psu has a 12v rail with enough amps to power it. Your good with just a quality 400watt psu.
