Intel graphics media accelerator driver dual monitor

Hello,
I have a video Card with a blue and white DVI adaptors. I have tried plugging in a white cord adaptor into the blue outlet, but can't seem to get video signal to go through. I am trying to hook up dual monitors. Either monitor works in the white port, and neither in the blue. Can someone give some insight? As you may be able to tell, I am not well versed in this field. So far all I have is that one is DVI-I and the other is DVI-D.

If that is the case then it should work. DVI-I is analogue as well as digital.

Usually the problem is with your BIOS (if the Adapter id on-board) you may need to update your BIOS. or in your case the cards drivers.

Try using the DVI to VGA connector on the blue one.
