Have you tried going here? http://support.lexmark.com/index?page=driversdownloads&linkSelected=node2%5Esubnode2&locale=en&userlocale=EN_US the 64-bit driver for Vista should work just fine for you on Win7.

When verifying both software and hardware compatibility for Windows 7 Microsoft does have the Windows 7 Compatibility Center available for your convenience. I have gone ahead and found that the Lexmark Z515 Inkjet Printer is indeed compatible with both Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit.

As it states within the Windows 7 Compatibility site for the Lexmark printer, the 32-bit driver download is available from the device manufacturer which can be found here; the 64-bit driver download is also available here. Please note, Lexmark is recommending the Microsoft Windows Vista driver be used in this case as Windows Vista drivers can be compatible with Windows 7 if a Windows 7 specific driver does not yet exist.

Lexmark also has documentation for using a Windows Vista driver in Windows 7 should you encounter any troubles in the install and configuration process.
