I am going to start my new build with my first part being a new case. Which would be best Case in a future build for a person who loves video editing, somewhat hardcore gaming nothing too extreme something like batman or saints row the third if anything online it would be MMO's, and web surfing on sites like youtube/facebook.

I got these two choices with discounts one comes with a PSU, Both Come with LED lights one blue and one red, Both have free shipping, 1 has mail in rebate but no psu, Which one should I choose.

COOLER MASTER Elite 430:

My dad is the guy I go for advice on this kind of stuff he said go with the one with the PSU. The one with the psu is cheaper: 45.57. The other is $48.25 -10MRI, 38.25 but no PSU.

I have question can I use any PSU such as my current on a bottom PSU? I always buy top and I'm kind of a noob at these things. Hope my build goes well. Going to be getting parts as time passing by. If your wondering why it's because I am fulltime college student and I don't have the time or money until summer break to get everything at once.

Key things I am looking for: Space to put in my hard drives most of them 3.5, Space to put video cards any size I want, Organized case that gives good air in to the system.

That RAIDMAX have a weak power supply, its a lotery. Most producers make cases with bottom mounted psu for a better air flow. My favourite is CoolerMaster.
The power supply depends from the PC parts you have.
If you want a case in what you can put video cards at any size ill recomend you this one : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233 you can make a perfect wire management , good air flow, can put the biggest GPU's from the market. And is the same price like the others two with rebates.

That looks crazy.

It's between the one you mentioned and these two: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156241&Tpk=11-156-241 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119227. I got a discount on both right now but the cheapest is 38 bucks with MRI.
