MOTHERBOARD: ?????????

I AM GOING TO:
Play games, mostly all the time.. surf the web, listen to songs, watch movies, normal use(beside gaming)..

I AM NOT GOING TO:
SLI, Overclock or do anything that requires CPU more than GPU.

oh and you're probably wondering.. where's the question then? ^^ got ya there :D

QUESTION:

Which motherboard would be fine for my build? Note what I'm using my pc for please, if that matters anyhow.
(I've considered: ASRock Z77 Pro3, ASUS P8B75-M[And the LX])

my friend has suggested that I buy the ASRock Z77 Extreme4, but I just kept looking up that motherboard and almost everyone says if you're not gonna overclock, then there's no need to buy such motherboard, because it's made for overclocking and stuff. Also while I was searching the forums, again most people said if you're not overclocking you could just go with a B75 or a LOW END Z77.
(P.S. I heard the H77 is bad so..)

Thanks for yar time. ;)

*I am seeking an exact and accurate answer*

The ASRock Z77 Pro3 is 700 EGP, and the H77 Pro4/MVP is 720 EGP, it's not that much really, very very cheap difference. I'm just curious.. what's the difference?

P.S. ZH77A is out of stock/I couldn't find it
