Any better suggestions for a cheap-mid gaming build

No defined budget but looking for value over performance. Something to run Skyrim, WoW, MW3, etc. on higher settings. W7 Pro 64.

Looking at:
$97 - ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
$40 - Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX

Need help with the video card ($100-150).

All other peripherals including extra HDD space will be taken from another system.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

If your monitor resolution is 1920x1080 then you don't really want to get any weaker than a radeon 6850. There isn't really anything at that price point from NVIDIA that competes. The GTX560 (not the "ti" version) is beyond your price range and the GTX550 ti is weaker than the 6850.
