120Hz vs. 60Hz Monitor Refresh Rates and Connections

I am thinking about buying a 23" 120Hz monitor:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Horizontal Refresh Rate
Analog: 24 - 140 KHz
Digital: 24 - 83 KHz

Vertical Refresh Rate
Analog: 50 - 122 Hz
Digital: 50 - 85 Hz

So it would seem that most of the 120Hz-refresh-rate advantage (vs. 60Hz refresh) is lost if I use a digital connection (whose max is 85Hz)?

An analog connection would be a Compontent/Analog RGB, correct?

You would use the dual-link DVI connection, which supports 120hz aka 3D.

Right, Analog RGB is an analog connection.
