I am trying to resolve an issue with a problematic laptop motherboard. I am trying to determine why it won't turn on my computer. I was looking and saw that the one of prongs connected to the battery is broken off. Is it suppose to be like that and if not, any recommendations on how to repair it? Thanks so much!
(picture might not be that clear but it's the left one. The metal part next to the JRTC lettering on the motherboard is not attached to the metal on top of the battery)
