my specs are here:

corsair 750 watt gold PS
a asus m2n32-sli deluxe
Amd Athlon 64x2 3200G (brisbane)

Do you see any trouble with this upgrade?

That will be a good upgrade, but
1. nvidia gtx 600/ amd 7000 siries might come out in a couple months and will be worth it because of 32nm

Your CPU is a pretty old dual-core, running at 2.0ghz. Your CPU will probably be a bottleneck to a 550 Ti but I'm not 100% sure. I would look into overclocking your CPU to the limit, as long as temps and voltages are within spec, if you do get a 550 Ti.
