What o1die said. RAM in your build is SODIMM for laptops, not the 240 pin DDR3 you need for a desk build. Don't even THINK about getting that power supply in your build.

"Ripeoff" is not quite accurate. A bricks 'n mortar retail store is going to have higher overhead than a mail order store.
