Any feedback on my build?

Don't pay a price premium at best buy if you're an experienced builder. Newegg can arrange to take a personal check or use paypal. Here's my suggestions:

Or you can get today's shellshocker since it comes with a hardrive, and purchase any other needed parts separately: http://www.newegg.com/Special/ShellShocker.aspx?cm_sp=ShellShocker-_-810608-_-01132012_1

These parts should all work together. Need windows? Then check craigslist.

What o1die said. RAM in your build is SODIMM for laptops, not the 240 pin DDR3 you need for a desk build. Don't even THINK about getting that power supply in your build.
If you have a bank checking account or a credit/debit card you can set up an account with PayPal in about 10 minutes or less. Newegg will accept PP accounts instantly.

I don't think rip-off adequately describes this. I had no idea that Best Buy sold PC parts as well, oh well another reason not to buy anything from them
