Laptop Toshiba Quismo not displaying anymore

Hi so i just recently got the laptop and i couldnt get the dedicated graphics to work so i followed this guide telling me to disable the integrated graphics card (not uninstall) so i did that and now nothing displays and I can't even see the BIOS. What should I do?

I have a gtx 560M inside the laptop.
