Hi everybody.
I am building a new budget rig. Usage:- Gaming and Music Recording. Facing a lot of "what do I do" dilemma--
A. Regarding Processor-----
(1) Core i5 3550
(2) Core i5 3470
(3) Core i5 3450
(4) AMD FX 8350
Keeping in mind the price/performance ratio which is worthy to grab?
B. Regarding Motherboard------
If I choose Core i5 3550 (doesn't mean I am biased to it ), can a ASUS P8H77-V (does mean I am biased to ASUS ) perform well enough with its pal? I know a z77 will do better, but I will go that much only if it's necessary.
REST OF THE SPECS ARE-------------
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB 1600 mHz X 2
Graphics card: Sapphire HD 7750 1GB GDDR5
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (Wish to add another 1 TB in future)
SSD: Kingston 32 GB
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 412 Slim
DVD Burner: LG GH24NS72
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat with additional 4 fans.
Monitor: Dell IN2030M
Speakers: Altec Lansing MX6021
Keyboard: Logitech K200
Mouse: Belkin M100
Other Components: Roland Quad-Capture USB 2.0 Audio Interface.
PSU: (preferably SeaSonic. Wattage not yet decided))
UPS: (Preferably APC. Nothing yet decided)
HDD, SSD, CPU cooler, USB 2.0 Audio Interface have already taken their seats inside my rack.. Will use my old keyboard and mouse.
