Pc Stuck at motherboard splash screen

I was using my computer when it became unresponsive so I hard reset it with the button on the case. It didn't restart so I pressed the power button, everything sounded like it was coming to normal startup but nothing appeared on the display. This happened multiple times. I searched online extensively for solutions eventually finding reset CMOS so I did but nothing changed until about the 100th try the display showed the AsRock Eup Ready logo that appears on startup with the options to enter BIOS though I'm unable to enter. Further browsing suggested I change CMOS Battery so I bought 1 and it's still stuck on that screen. Any help would be appreciated.

You may have a boot sector virus. Did you make a rescue disk from your virus program to boot with?
