Bottom line, you can't go wrong with neither of those.
The interesting thing about what you listed, That EXACT asus mobo is the other option I was looking at. I see they are quite similar in specs, but im most worried about quality. I know there are bad batches, but I have always had good luck with asus. Asrock, Atleast of late has been quite a contender.
