Good Choice for a motherboard?

GPU- GTX660 OC'd Slightly higher than it already is

i5-3570k OC'd to 4.0 - 4.5

The motherboard is my last selection. I usually stuck with Asus in my last 2 build I have done, but this board seems like its quite decent. Any thoughts or recommendations you guys could offer please?

The asrock board is a good one, though, if you're fond of the asus motherboards, the p8z77-v lk goes cheaper after mir, it has also good features, all that you'll need.

Bottom line, you can't go wrong with neither of those.

The interesting thing about what you listed, That EXACT asus mobo is the other option I was looking at. I see they are quite similar in specs, but im most worried about quality. I know there are bad batches, but I have always had good luck with asus. Asrock, Atleast of late has been quite a contender.
