Upgrading GPU and PSU, everything is compatible, right?

Hi, I am currently upgrading my ATI Radeon HD 4350 to an HD 5770 on my Biostar TA785G3. At the same time I would like to upgrade my PSU to a CORSAIR BS CX600 V2 600W.

Before I place this order, will my PSU be compatible with both mobo and graphics card? Thanks in advance!

The newer PSU's will run with the older motherboards. The 24/20 pin connector can work on all motherboards. The graphics card requires one 6 pin connector and the PSU has those. The PSU says PCI-Express Connector 2 x 6+2-Pin.
