Hello,

I've got a problem with my pc, I bought a new motherboard this week but with everything connected it won't turn on. When i press the power button all the fans start spinning for about a second and then it shuts off. All the lights on the motherboard are burning normaly when the switch is on. My guess is that the PSU just isn't powerful enough (old coolermaster model 450W). Before this new motherboard i had an asus with a intel core 2 quad. Or maybe the other possibility is that I didn't install the CPU correctly but this is highly doubtfull. Does anyone know what's wrong or what I did wrong? Thanks already.

system specs:

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-M Pro
CPU: intel core i5 3750K
graphics card: PNY nvidia GeForce gt 640
PSU: Coolermaster 450W
RAM: 2X 4GB ddr3 corsair vengeance
