That board is only rated for 95w or under processors. The 8350 is 125w rated and truly draws a LOT more power than that. If you don't intend to overclock, I'd look at something like the FX-6300 that's only 95w and still plenty fast. If you do plan on overclocking at all, you're going to need at least a solid 6+2 power phase layout from the motherboard, which means that the Asus M5A99X-Evo R2.0 or M5A99FX Pro R2.0 would be entry level. I speak from experience having owned that board, the M5A88-M, M5A97 and the M5A99FX Pro R2.0. My Phenom would play nice on any of them, but the 8350 is just too power hungry for the entry-level boards to even keep stable.

If you have a Micro center near you and if they still have it....try the Gigabyte GA 78lmt USB3 . I was very lucky a few weeks ago and picked one up extremely cheap. Their sale was $50 off any compatible mobo with CPU purchase. I believe right now its $40 off. I bought this mobo and the FX 8350. Read the review on it and decide for yourself. Be aware that it is a tight fit micro atx mobo so only one pci-e slot that covers another pci-e if you put in a graphics card. Make sure its rev. 4.1 on the board and the BIOS is updated to F4 (the latest). Mine was when I got it and it was a straight foward install. Good luck what ever you find.
