cpu=66mhz ram=100?

Hi yall, Ive got a little question, is it possible to run the ram faster than the cpu?, I just have a celeron on wich the fsb is max 66, but I want to run my ram at 100 is that possible?

by the way when I run sisoft sandra 2001, and run the memory benchmark, it appears to be incredibly slow, 80-85 Mb/s, thats crazy ;(
its 128 mb pc133 sdram, currentlyt running at 66Mhz could this be the problem?

It depends on the motherboard, some have the settings for it, some don't
