I just installed a new motherboard on a Velocity Micro PC. The motherboard is a Sabertooth X58. It recognizes all of the drives in the BIOS but only one hard drive pops up to be partitioned in the Windows 7 install process. I unplugged the drive that doesn't come up and the remaining drive will partition and format, but not install Windows. What am I doing wrong?

You did not say if the drives are IDE or SATA. The SATA drives either need to have a driver installed when the installation program starts or to have the SATA drives set to IDE mode in the BIOS.
You did not say what error you are getting on the one drive that you can see in the installation program when you install windows. Please give further information.

Windows 7 has native sata drivers unlike XP which needs them installed during the XP installation process.
