Asus p8z77-v pro problem?

hi today when i tried too boot my pc the power close like 3-4 times and when it finally boot it says overclocking failed please press f2 to setup.whats this? i didn't overclock anything and i didn't even touch the settings on my bios.the only thing i did right now was press f5 to optimized defaults on bios and now i keep shutting down and boot my pc and it works fine,should i worry?is there something i can do to see if everything is ok?

my specs are
i5-2500k
asus p8z77-v pro
16 gb ram patriot viper
nvidia ftx 580
corsair h850w
intel 520 ssd 240gb
coolermaster haf 932

You may have had a power surge, but check all your BIOS settings to see if they are correct. Also check your voltages while you are in the BIOS just to make sure everything is fine.

ok how to check my voltages in the bios?what are they supposed to are?

ok thanks another thing is if i manual reset some settings in the bios it take me to the screen that says overclocked failed please press f1 but if i have them all on optimized everything works fine,is this normal?
