Ddr2 increase setup

Hello,
I have a MSI neo F mother board with 4gb of ddr2. (SISOFt sandra say 6400u 800\5300u 566) can i add 8gb more of ddr2? the mobo has 4 slots and supports 16gb. I am not sure if i can pair any speed od ddr2 to the one i already have.

I'm not suggering to do this as DDr2 is not cheap anymore and for paying 60$ for 4gb 1066mhz more ddr2 (3-4 months ago), i was dissapointed and i upgraded all the key components... so 4gb was enough and for my "old" system (Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 4.05ghz and 1066mhz ram) that didn't make any difference in game performance so i decided to upgrade 2 week later...

I suggest to save you 60+ bucks and put them in a new rig as even on a pretty recent config double the ram amount didn't make any gain in games... the CPU was already maxed out with 4gb 1066mhz (that was the top in time)

it's for video editing and every gig matters there.
a new rig is not an option at at the moment...
