Is 500w PSU enough

Hello guys,
my system is i3 540 @ 3.06
h55 mobo
ram 4gb
gpu gtx 560 ti
sound card creative x fi titanium
and finally psu is antec earthwatts EA 500D 80plus bronze
havig 44amps on 12v rail.
right now system is perfectly fine.
im planning on upgrading cpu and motherboard.I'll buy an ivybridge based i5 cpu and probably z77 based mobo and i might upgrade ram to 8 gb too.
so is the psu enough to handle this upgrade?
plus no sli or crossfire or overclocking in future.

You are not making modifications that require a PSU upgrade. Your system will draw less than 400W at peak.

You should give it always 25% more of the total sum of their wattage

That's plenty. As a rule of thumb, a quality 500W PSU is plenty for any card with 2x 6pin power connectors.
