Which motherboards should I go with?

I will be using an i5 3570k with either a 7870 or 7950.
I will overclock down the road but not right away.
Which motherboard should I go with:

Gigabyte z77 UD3H
or
Asus p8z77-v lk

or any other motherboard you can recommend? Are these motherboards good enough or do I need to get a more expensive one for better ocing? I have read some reviews about the UD3H that say that 4 of the usb ports on the back are not connected directly and that people are having problems with devices connected to it. I can get either of these boards for around $120.

The Gigabyte has a better onboard sound option than Asus also the Gigabyt has the option of mSATA, but if you are going to use a sound card I would go with the Asus, it is less expensive on Newegg with a $15.00 rebate. Both boards are good quality, I myself would go with the Asus and add a Asus Xonar DX or D1 sound card.

I can get the asus for $10 cheaper because of a coupon. Is the board good for overclocking? Or is it better to go with a higher end board?

I would just go with the Asus p8z77-v lk you can overclock just fine with that board.
