Graphics card up and died

Hey, so last night I put my computer into sleep mode and like I usually do. This morning I went to sign on and my graphics card died.

I tapped the keyboard to wake up my pc and it started to wake up then after a second or maybe two it just powered down.... Odd. When I powered it back up I didn't have any video signal to my monitor.

The card is getting power and the fans are running (MSI HD 6870 twin frozr ii). I reseated the card but no help. Any ideas. I need to play Skyrim this weekend!!!

Oh and I forgot to mention ... the card is still within the 30 return window for newegg. If it isn't something simple I can still RMA the card.

Take the GPU out and put it back in. If that doesn't fix it and you are sure it is the GPU (tested in another machine, or tested a known working GPU in your machine) then send it back.
