I'm not sure which ram to get. After much research, I have decided on a G.Skill 2x8Gb, but that still leaves these options.

Ripjaws X 10-10-10-30 $97
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231489
(my original choice)

Ripjaws X 9-9-9 $95
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231568
(better than the other ripjaws, but my color scheme is red and black)

Trident X 7-8-8-24 $125
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231628
(quite a bit more pricey)

Sniper 9-9-9-24 $95
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231609
(this one I'm not thinking is the best, especially after reading the reviews)

Ares 9-9-9-24 $95
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231606
(this one seems ok'ish)

Taking into consideration the fact that I'm not planning on OC'ing, which ram should I get?

but those are back way up at CL9, I think from the reviews I'm going to go for the sniper series unless there is a strong enough argue made against it.

I meant paying X amount of money for CL1 has almost zero difference if you pay X amount of money for CL9. Go ahead and get the Sniper.

Well the price of the sniper ram just went up, the crucial is now the cheapest at 81.99$ : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148545

You can expect it to go up anytime soon, so if you'll only buy the ram in a few days, look for pcpartpicker link with 16GB of ram at 1600 mhz and see what's the cheapest at the time.

This one in ncix us, has been at 70$ for some time : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/kingston-memory-khx16c10b1bk216x

It will be a while before I get around to start buying the parts, probably sometime around November.

That's a long, long time from now, by then you'll have new intel cpus, motherboards and other new components, and the ram which is the question of this thread, it's impossible to recommend anything now.
