Is this PC good enough to run these games?

PC specs:
Intel H61 Motherboard
Intel i3-2100 3.1GHz CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GT 440 graphics card
4GB ram
500GB hard drive

Games:
Battlefield 3
Modern Warfare 3
Saints Row III
Crysis 2
Skyrim
(Basically all the modern games)

Note: I am not a hardcore gamer, I don't want to run these games at extreme quality, I just want to run them smoothly enough to enjoy them (preferably above 30fps on medium or higher settings)

The video card seems a bit iffy.

You might do medium OK on all those things, though.

Assuming you haven't bought the parts yet, I would spend $50 more to get a HD 6850 video card. It would give like 3x the FPS for 2x of the cost.

The mid-range cards are where the budget conscious look for price/performance.

Both the low and high end cards are overcosted.

If under $100 is important for video cards, a HD 6770 will do roughly 2x of the GT 440 for $90 vs $75.

depend on ur monitor resolution

if u don't mind reducing resolution to playable frame rate, it'll be ok for u.

but if u have some extra 30 usd, upgrade the graphic card to nvidia 450 or amd 6770.

it will definite improve in all the games.

No way. For Skyrim and BF3 Multiplayer you need a quad core (from what I've heard). If your running 1080p and have a high end video card you could get away with the i3 I'm sure.

That video card would not be good for any of those games.

Definitely need to improve the GPU to play those games at Medium. The CPU should be fine for normal res gaming (dual core with HT).
