Is this a good budget gaming PC?

PC specs:
Intel H61 Motherboard
Intel i3-2100 3.1GHz CPU
Radeon 6770 graphics card
4GB ram
500GB hard drive

Games:
Battlefield 3
Modern Warfare 3
Saints Row III
Crysis 2
Skyrim
(Basically all the modern games)

Note: I am not a hardcore gamer, I don't want to run these games at extreme quality, I just want to run them smoothly enough to enjoy them (preferably above 30fps on medium or higher settings)

build seems okay.
what psu are you using? you psu must be capable of supporting rest of the components.

That BF3 link you posted is SP, not MP. I know, why would they do such an in depth benchmark review in SP, I don't know, I think they are doing drugs or something.

People are reporting you need a quad core for decent BF3 performance and Skyrim is even more cpu bound.

yep, the bf3 article uses single player mode. i guess the multiplayer mode is harder to repeatedly replicate with usable data. multiplayer benchmarks are available from other sites though.
