Flash Video and Movie

Hi,
I want to get a new pc for my mom.
So i thought I would get her a amd x4 or x2 processor.
For that this is the mother board i chose
Asus M5A78L-M LE

This motherboard has AMD 3000 graphics.

I want to ask whether is it good enough for playing a 1080 p youtube video or for playing a movi in a dvd and good browsing.
Please tell me.
i dont plan of getting a graphics card.
Or should i get a intel core i3 2100 which has a graphics inbuilt.
So is AMD 3000 better that intel 3000 graphics.

My main question is which is best for browsing and watching a movie.

Intel graphics has an issue with true 1080p. You can Google it if you want to know the details. Other than that it is an excellent processor.

A better AMD option would be to go with one of the AMD APU's which have newer graphics right on the processor. That ASUS board is fine, but the graphics are kind of old.

The video will take up some of the ram, and leave plenty for Windows.
