Flash Video and Movie

Hi,
I want to get a new pc for my mom.
So i thought I would get her a amd x4 or x2 processor.
For that this is the mother board i chose
Asus M5A78L-M LE

This motherboard has AMD 3000 graphics.

I want to ask whether is it good enough for playing a 1080 p youtube video or for playing a movi in a dvd and good browsing.
Please tell me.
i dont plan of getting a graphics card.
Or should i get a intel core i3 2100 which has a graphics inbuilt.
So is AMD 3000 better that intel 3000 graphics.

My main question is which is best for browsing and watching a movie.
