New system, need help with power

Hi, I'm looking into building a new system and not sure how much power I will need.

AMD Athlon II x4 640

I have 950 Watt PSU, but not sure if that will be enough

Its more than enough. It will be fine.That cpu is weak, buy an Phenom IIx4 955 minimum.

what if i get AMD FX-6100 Zambezi 3.3GHz Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6100WMGUSBX instead of using my old x4?
