Need new PSU

I'm looking for a PSU for my PC:

CPU: Core 2 Duo E6750
MOBO: P5B SE
GPU: GT 430
RAM: 2 GB

also going to do some overclocking.

max price 70$. any ideas?

thanks. I'll get this it costs only 35$ after rebate. but I don't know much about "rebate". I only know that I should register the product on its web page. can you explain in details how should I do that?

You click the link that says "rebate forms" and follow the instructions. If you mess up one single tiny thing, they will deny the rebate.

You will have to cut the UPC code off the box, fill out the form, include a copy of the invoice, and mail it to them. 2 weeks later you'll get an email that says they received it. Then between 2 and 8 weeks you'll probably get a gift card that has the rebate amount on it.

If you don't fill everything out EXACTLY as instructed, they will deny the claim, and you will be out of luck. It's a real pain in the arse.

I've always had good luck with rebates; you just have to follow the instructions on the form.
