I have an Asus GTX570 that has a Display Port, HDMI, & two DVI outputs. I currently run two monitors with the dvi outputs. I want to get a SAMSUNG S27A750D monitor, to run this at 120 Hz refresh rate I will have to use the display port out put. The question is can I use either the HDMI or a DVI output for a second monitor, which is a Samsung XL2370 at 60 Hz?

Hello & Welcome.
Are you sure that the GTX 570 has a DP ? can you link it ?
Yes you can use a DVI for a monitor, and a DP for another monitor but the monitor must have a native DisplayPort.

Yes, Also in order to get 120Hz, you don't need to connect the monitor to the DP, you can get HDMI 1.4 cable for easy configuration.

So 1 monitor via the DP or the HDMI, and the other via the DVI port.

I had sent the question to Asus, here is the response;

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting ASUS Customer Service.
No, you can't do this. It only support one 120Hz at the same time. If you need dual monitors, they only can support 60Hz.

So according to this I could only run 2 monitors at 60 Hz, not one at 120 & one at 60.
