Newly built PC Turns on shuts of then turns on again PLEASE HELP ME I BEG YOU

Hi, everyone i just recently built a pc and its been working fine for the past 2 days and suddenly this morning when i was trying to turn the pc on, it turned on but i didn't get anything on the monitor and then 6-8 seconds later it turned off and turned back on by itself and works fine. It keeps doing that every time i try to turn it on. I don't get why it keeps doing that when it working perfectly fine last night.

PLEASE HELP ME I AM DESPERATE

Also, I feel your pain, my build has been doing this since I built it last June.

Another thing I should add is that my surge protector was kind of loose on the wall and it kept coming off while the computer was on and this happened about 3 times.

loose surge that means you loose power from the outlet
