Right Left Sound problem

hey guys, I really need some help here.
I am playing Counter Strike from years, the problem is that when ever the enemy comes from left or right , I can hear them on both the sides (left + right) of my headset. I am using Steelseries 3H & my on board soundcard is Realtek. I thought maybe its Windows Problem , so i formatted my PC but the problem was still there. After this i bought Steelseries USB Soundcard but still the problem is there. I have changed my headset too but the problem is still there. Please help me , i am bit confused what to do .... I really need some help

I Don't think its mono. Yeah i am using Steelseries Software
