How to Remove the Standoffs in a 650D?

Hi, I just got my 650D and it's amazing. However I've been unable to remove the standoffs so it can fit my micro-ATX board.

What tool do I use to unscrew the standoffs? Sorry but I've never been in a situation where I have to removed pre-installed standoffs.

Use a nut driver of the appropriate size. Or use an interchangeable socket set with a square drive handle.
