DVB Satellite Receiver PCI Card. Any One ?

I would like to know if any of you have tried a DIGITAL SATELLITE RECEIVER PCI CARD that can decode DVB Channels directly without the need for a Digital Receiver. OR if any one knows a web site that reviews them.

Note: I read about Galaxis DVB card And I liked it but it doesn't allow more than 200 channels and it supports DATA which is not important to me.!!

I have a DVB receiver which could be controlled through a com port on the PC. The DVB world is not user friendly. Each channel has parameters (freq /SR) that have to entered one by one. My dish position is set with a 4DTV Receiver.
