Will Antec Earthwatts 500w PSU be enough for HD6850/6870

Googled for a bit, it should be enough but better safe than sorry. Got scared a bit cause of ppl saying you need 600w+ for it. AMD site says its 500w min, but i cant afford to risk.

Antec Earthwatts 500w
Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
AMD Athlon II x4 630
4gb ram
Few fans, no OC planned
its 2 years old if it changes something
