Better budget then I intially forseen. How does this look for a new build aside from HD, PSU and DvD?

For the RAM, this should do - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220570 I doubt you'll be needing that 16GB's of RAM even for heavy gaming.

For the CPU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103995&Tpk=960t this should do rather well, since the six cores wont really be used(again) even for heavy gaming)

And from the money saved you can also get this Graphics Card- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161389

Yours Specs would cost- $413.96
Mine would cost-$399.96

Not much but you should get better performance in video games. And also with some luck you might even get the CPU to unlock all the cores(5th and 6th(correct me if im wrong)).
