They have one line that seems OK. The rest are junk. I just cannot remember which one is which.

I recommend one of the inexpensive Corsair CX series or Antecs if you are on a budget.

The Rosewill Capstone is their top end line based on the Superflower Green series (80+ Gold). That's a great value for the money, too. The Rosewill Green series isn't top end, but it's decent value.

Some are and some aren't.
That one is actually a revamp'd Performa 650 that got some bad press. The revamping fixed some issues with the unit not being able to output near its rated watts when hot and this new unit does pretty good. By revamped I mean its the same design they just switched to better compnents and labelled the unit in line with what it can actually handle.

I give props to Rosewill for making changes to improve a product rather than leave a so-so unit on the market.

I would never recommend a Rosewill PSU to anyone who cares about their system.

That's just ignorance showing. There ARE good Rosewill PSU's, as we've already said. The Capstone's are OEM Super Flower, so you know the quality is great with those.

no, it's experience. I will never trust my system to a Rosewill power supply again.

With older Rosewill's and ones that aren't OEM Super Flower designs, I agree with you, but lumping them all together and saying that they're ALL bad is just plain wrong.

^ no it means that some are old but not yet "revamped" or still good for lower powered systems than the wattage listed, if your system uses 500W and you get a 450 or 500W psu, usually it wont be able to handle it regardless of brand...
