Need Help with Build

So I have compiled this list of components I need:

Barebones kit:

Are the GPU and case/PSU compatible? My only worry. That's it.

Sorry, here are some notes:
-This is a CHEAP build. Do not say go buy a Radeon 6950 or something like that.

They are, however i believe it would be cheaper buying it from newegg.

I acutally looked at newegg, there DIY combos are not as cheap as tigerdirect (bit on the pricey side)
