Is a 450W PSU ok?

Basically, I live in India. The power goes out alot. My apartment has full power backup but it takes about 5 minutes MAX to bring the power back. So for my PC build, I'd like a small voltage PSU which can work on 220V input from the wall (socket). I also need to buy a UPS (uninterrupting power supply) to keep the PC running. Advice on what PSU and UPS to get?? Preferred site: anywhere that delivers to India or the UK Don't want to spend over about 350 USD for both cheaper the better hopefully still reliable.

Intel i5 2500k Sandy Bridge (I am aware of the ivy bridge processors but am using this CPU for an estimate)

Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB - HDD
GTX 680 - GPU
NZXT Phantom Full Tower Case - Case

That is a good PSU, and will be sufficient for your system.

Get a UPS from Cyberpower, APC, or Tripp-Lite.

and the one you suggested supported only 650W while the PSU above is 750?? Will it still work????

if your going with a K processor and a high end motherboard for overclocking, skimping out on the psu would not be a good idea, or that kinda nullifies the use of the high end mobo and the K series i5/i7 processors.

Hmmm very true. So would the UPS that was mentioned ^^ be able to support the 750W PSU for 5 mins??
