Best photo editing graphic card price quality

To edit photo using CS5 (and some small video editing) what will be a good graphic card to use with the older Evga 650sli , a intel dual core 2 E8600 and 4 GB memory?

This is a great card for the money for what you are doing. Even works well as a mild to mid gaming card if you do any gaming.

What about the hd 6850, seams interesting too, it is good for this purpose?
