Will this card work on my mobo?

My motherboard is a DELL G33M02 Intel G33. I am planning to upgrade my psu and my graphics card to a VisionTek Radeon HD 5670 2GB DDR3. On Newegg, it says the card is a pci express 2.0. While on just about every other website, it says 2.1.
I've heard that there are compatibly issues with a pci express 1.0 mobo with a 2.1 card. Can someone clarify this for me?

Well Visiontek them selfs say it's 2.1 so i wouldn't take the risk.
Sometimes a 2.1 card doesn't work with a 1.0 mobo. ( as i just found out myself with a hd6870 )

Thanks! That card only supports dx10, not dx11. Im going to be playing games such as BF:BC2, LOTRO, SWTOR, TF2...ect

Wait, i forgot to ask about your powersupply. The 260 needs a good psu of 500W. Or with a Dell maybe 425-450W.

I currently have a 300w psu, and Im going to upgrade to either 500w or 600w. Im trying to stay in budget on both the card and the power supply.
