Zotac GTS250 512 ddr3 256 interface PCIE

question, I had thios card for a while and it works great, been using call of duty world at war3 at highest setting and it ran great, battlefield 3 at medium and woorks great. now it had a 8 pin with an adapter that splits it with 2 6 pins. I have the one 6 pin connected, I just found another adapter for the other 6 pin to interface with 2 4 pins, should I connect it or just keep what I have connected.
