Laptop display, TFT XGA VGA ?

Which display is best..
I want the 14.1" with ATI mobility ..

but
which display if price is no object, absolute best?
which display on a moderate budget, not lowest level but with acceptable quality display?

TFT is best, and for color/resolution options XGA is better than VGA.
